purtroppo stamattina il cane è peggiorato molto. Sapevamo che aveva una prognosi riservata. L’insufficienza epatica e renale erano molto gravi, così d’accordo con il proprietario e con l’animale ormai in fin di vita si è deciso per l’eutanasia.
Per diagnosticare definitivamente la leptospirosi è necessario effettuare l’esame sierologico . Per il momento il cane è in terapia per migliorare la situazione epatica e renale.
